Through the practice of yoga, we learnt and understood more about the connection of the breath, body and mind.
How it is imported to work on them and how a big impact they have in our lives.
The intensity of life, rush, hard work, stress, lack of exercise, lack of awareness of the body and mind put us away from being healthier, happier and aware of my needs and emotions.
Yoga helps to work on balance, strength, how to listen our inner self and to control your emotions ‘on’ and ‘off’ the mat, bringing more stability, grounding and happiness in life.
Yoga is a moving meditation and a life changing practice. It brings a great sense of freedom, reduction of stress, stronger body and mind. Once in the practice, yoga starts by connecting the body, breath and mind. Beginning to experience a clearer self-awareness, a sense of being more alive, more in balance, more conscious, clear and open for the world and because of that we would like to share our experience and the knowledge with others.
We do yoga classes based on our believe which is connection of the Breath, Body and Mind
Our classes are designed to take an all-level approach with ability to offer modifications to make the practice more accessible for everyone.
People come to practice to develop flexibility, to heal a physical or emotional injury, to explore new social relationships, physical fitness or on a spiritual journey.
Whatever the reasons are,we all practice yoga because it makes us feel better!!!
